A brief introduction to our partner projects

HoloISO

HoloISO is a free reimplementation of SteamOS 3 (Holo) that aims to bring the Steam Deck’s SteamOS Holo into a generic, installable format. The project focuses on re-implementing proprietary components that the Steam client, operating system, Gamescope and user-created applications rely on for the deck. It provides an almost official SteamOS experience. Most of the code and packages come directly from Valve, with no major changes. A 99% official SteamOS image, so to speak. We sponsor the build and download servers for the project.
